How do I place an order with The Oxford Tea Party? TOP
It's so simple to order with us, either online or over the telephone.
Online - just add an item to your shopping basket and follow the on screen instructions.
By phone - call us on 0800 2922734, seven days a week, between 9 am and 8 pm.
How can I pay for my order? TOP
You can pay by credit or debit card, or via Paypal. We also accept cheques or postal orders in GBP sent through the post.
When will my order arrive? TOP
We work hard to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. We will post your item out within 2 working days of payment, and you should allow approximately 2 extra days for UK postage, 5 for European and 10 days for worldwide postage.
Next day delivery is possible, at an extra cost, the order must be received by midday - please call us on 07528 232102 to discuss this.
Can I return my item for any reason? TOP
YES! We accept returns for any item, for any reason. All we ask is that you let us know within seven days of receipt, and that you send it back securely wrapped in it's original packaging. We will refund your original payment, minus actual postage costs.
If there is a problem with your item, or there has been any damage in transit, please let us know straight away and keep all original packaging. In this situation we will refund all your costs, including any return postage expenses.

We ship items worldwide, and have years of experience of doing so! Please contact us on info@theoxfordteaparty.com for a quote. We will only ever charge you the actual postage costs.
