This is an adorable piece dating to circa 1860, made from a fine porcelain china.  It has a base plate measuring 8 inches across, with a domed lid - perfect for presenting the delights of your afternoon tea. It has a slightly waved texture, decorated with blue transfer printed flowers and sponged gilt edging. It is in excellent condition.
