This is simply stunning, glass trinket box with beautifully worked pewter lid.  There are intricately scrolled roses and swirled relief, worked with incredible craftsmanship.  There is a slight split to the back rim of the lid, though this does not affect the decoration.  A really unique piece which has been left with the original patina.
